CoCoaWell by ResVitale: Dark Chocolate Energy Chews Review & Giveaway

I was recently given the opportunity to try CocoaWell by ResVitale Dark Chocolate Energy Chews as well as give away a sample pack to one of my lucky readers. I am always looking for great products to help with my family's health and wellness, as well as increase our stamina and performance at the gym. I was excited to try these new products from the Reserveage Organics family because I can always use more energy to chase after my growing toddler. He is one busy boy and constantly on the move!

You may be wondering what benefits there are to taking cocoa in the form of CocoaWell's products. Research shows that pure cocoa and natural plant flavanols may help support healthy endothelial, circulatory and overall cardiovascular function. If you don't like chocolate but still want the benefits you can take a supplement form of Cocoa Energy Restore.

CocoaWell created their line of products after being inspired by the Kuna tribe of Panama, who have a low incidence of high blood pressure and heart conditions. They drink up to five cups of cocoa a day. This is a culture devoted to cocoa. Their practice of drinking cocoa like water has blessed them with the healthiest hearts in the world.

The newest product from CocoaWell is the Dark Chocolate Energy Chews I was sent to try. They have 100mg of chocamine, a patented coca extract that supports mood, focus, and energy, as well as supports brain function. The also contain a little caffeine (no more than a cup of coffee) and green tea. Enhances with natural spices they are gluten free and 100% vegetarian. They are not sweetened with high fructose corn syrup but rather with brown rice syrup and evaporated cane juice. Each supplement contains 20 calories, 4g of Carbs, and 3g of sugar.

The cubes of chocolate come individually wrapped so they are easy to take on the go, or throw in with your lunch for a pick me up in the afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised at how good they tasted too! I was hoping they wouldn't taste like those chalky calcium chews or other chocolate chews that leave a weird after taste in your mouth, and they didn't at all. They tasted quite similar to fudge, and at only 20 calories a bite, they are a lot easier on the waistline than fudge. They also pack in a greater amount of antioxidants than just eating dark chocolate alone.

Now that it is getting hot, I am looking forward to replacing my morning coffee with one of these CocoaWell energy chews. It will save me the trouble of preparing iced coffee and sometimes I need a break from the taste of the same old coffee anyway. It takes a lot less preparation and time out of my day to get about the same energy as my first cup of coffee in the morning. I still needed a little extra caffeine since I am used to 2-3 cups so I just have a glass of tea afterwards. I also like the idea of being able to replace sugary soda or diet soda with bad-for-you aspartame with a chew in the afternoon instead.

I would highly recommend this product. I can't wait to tell my best friend about it because I know she hates coffee but like me needs some extra energy to keep up with both a full time job and a busy toddler! This would be a great addition to her daily routine.

  6. I learned that a recent study published in the Chemistry Central Journal has demonstrated that cocoa contains more antioxidants than other renowned superfruits like acai, blueberry, cranberry, and pomegranate.
