Bathing suit season is right around the corner and I am feeling the pressure! Losing the weight I gained with Logan has been no small task for me. Maybe it is age and metabolism, at least that is what I would like to blame. Maybe it is the fact that I just can't seem to drop the habits I picked up while pregnant and breastfeeding, such as extra snacks, dessert, and minimal exercise. I have added back the exercise, now I'm just working on the discipline it takes to eat right and eat less. This seems to be very hard for me as I just really enjoy eating! I wanted to share with my readers a few of the tools, and people, that are helping me and keeping me motivated to get a little closer to those skinny jeans.
