North Carolina Artisans Event And Giveaway! $245 in prizes! 12 Winners!

As we head into fall I look forward to the change of season and all it brings with it. Where I grew up, fall was the time for craft fairs and finding great gifts for the Christmas season early. This year I got to visit a few summer craft fairs and see awesome things made by artisans right here in North Carolina. It got me thinking, wouldn't it be fun if my readers from across the states could go to a craft fair in my state, right here on my blog. After contacting hundreds of artisans from across North Carolina I have brought you a wide variety of North Carolina-made products for the first-ever of what I hope to be an annual North Carolina Artisans Event. Readers will be able to search a directory of participants in the North Carolina Artisans Event up on my blog year round. I encourage you to use this directory to find great holiday, birthday, or any occasion gifts and support small business in America and in North Carolina.

I want to kick off this event by sharing a little bit about my own small business. My business partner Britteny and I opened our own Etsy.com boutique earlier this year after we were inspired to make baby things for our own little ones. We call our shop Two Little Sea Stars after those two little babies and because we both love the ocean. While you can find beach inspired items in our shop we offer a variety of prints in baby blankets, burp clothes, wipes cases and even pillow covers for kid's rooms and around the house. I personally knit and crochet so you will also find baby booties, hats, washcloths, and more. I will soon be unveiling baby hammocks for photo props and am excited about elfin booties that will post just in time for Christmas. Here are some of the items currently for sale in our store:

And just in time for the North Carolina Artisans Event I am announcing the addition of
Scarves!
to Two Little Sea Stars, just in time for fall. Among the many great prizes you can win you will find this
Fuzzy Acrylic Black & Rainbow Scarf! A $7 value!
